About Me
I have completed 15 years at Morehead State University. My work at MSU has included teaching science methods classes for pre-service teachers, physical science classes for teachers and non-science majors, advanced methods classes for teachers, integrated science and math classes for teachers and various special project classes. In addition to teaching I work extensively in the K-12 schools providing teacher workshops and training in the GLOBE program.
I have a wonderful family. My wife is a faculty member at MSU, teaching in education foundation classes. I have two children, a daughter in the 9th grade and a son in the 4th grade. There are several animals around the house including two rats, a hamster, a parakeet, two dogs, and a cat.
Teaching and preparing teachers for the classroom is my passion. I love what I do. I have some additional interests including gardening, working in stain glass, accessing web resources, studying Spanish, working out at the wellness center, watching sports, and traveling.
