Ten Years in the Future

I walk onto the set of one of the most popular sitcoms of 2018. My personal assistant hands me some hot chocolate, and as I sip on it, I review my lines for the upcoming scene. I’m so used to memorizing lines quickly, that I get it down within only a few minutes. Memorizing has never been easier. The director asks me politely to step on the set. I hear “ACTION!” and I begin my performance. After I’m done for the day, I retire to my wonderful house in the state of California. The weather is always nice. The people aren’t always nice, but that’s okay. I can tune them out, no matter how rude they can get. I won’t be worried about money, I’ll be set. Money isn’t an issue like it was ten years ago. I’m living comfortably, a million dollars in the bank, and it’s staying there. I won’t touch it unless I need to. Some call that stingy, but I call it smart. Today is April 16th and this is my life.
