When I saw this ad I immediately stopped and looked at it for a while with my mouth hung wide open. I couldn’t believe what I’m seeing. I take it its an ad for shoes both men and women, but it looks to be that the men are more dominate because you can see his shoes better.

When I saw this ad I knew what they were tying to do. It’s like he is kicking her in the face. Its seems like this link male sexual desire for women with violence or degradation, which is exactly what our young libertarian finds appealing about them.

Here is a woman getting kicked in the head, her legs apart, and a look of ecstasy on her face. The only way I think you could be confused about the message is if you didn’t understand that legs-apart-ecstatic-look is what women are supposed to look like. The woman is showing more skin and has on less clothing than the man. The man is represented as the dominating figure over a woman and that the woman doesn’t matter. The colors are bold and a beautiful background which I guess is trying to make this ad a nice pretty happy one, when in reality its not. I know that Ads had hidden meanings and had lager amount of sex because it sells but I have never really seen and ad like this before that could portray violence tords women.
